The domain of La Sesquière is situated just outside the village of Vieux, a small hamlet of some 150 inhabitants on the river La Vère, in the Tarn department in the south-west of France. From of old, the landed estates around Vieux are in use for agrarian aims. The principal crops are sunflowers and grapes, which mainly define the view of the hilly landscape. Particularly the small-scaled design of the region has been preserved well, still with lots of unspoilt places. La Sesquière has a surface of 6 hectare and is situated in the middle of one of the oldest wine regions of France, the Gaillacois. The domain consists of a part for campers and a patch of ground for sports and games. The natural balance between the present groves and the free space turns the terrain into a pleasant place to live in with enough privacy.
