Le Couderc is a word that origens from Occitan, a language spoken in the 12th century in South-West Europe. Le Couderc means gathering place. It has always been a place where people liked to come, to have a rest and meet others.
The not so hardy people use the solar heated swimmingpool or jacuzzi and relax in the easy chairs on the terrace surrounding the pool. Le Couderc has a great whirlpool which can accommodate up to 10 persons. Try the jet stream, the massage is almost heavenly. It is open from April, the water temperature is 37°C.

'Le Peyret Bas ' is the original name of our partly restored farm, hidden between the hills around Villefranche-du-Périgord (' Périgord Pourpre '). An ideal holiday spot for rest, sun, clean air and good food. The surface of ' Le Peyret Bas ' is 5.5 ha large and exists of a meadow and a slightly sloping forest with beeches, oaktrees and tame chestnuts and an old farm. Through the forest there is a small brook. There are 6 spacious lots, some the the shadow, some in the half shadow, where you can enjoy the rest and nature.

Terme d'Astor means 'end of the hill of Astor'. You will find our immaculate camp site (13 ha) on a plateau in wooded hills. There are 100 large, level emplacements with lots of privacy and of course a choice between sun and shade.
